Blessed Nails CANCELATION POLICY: All deposits made are non-refundable. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying me in advance, it will be considered a No-Call / No-Show. A charge of a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any No-call / No show or any cancellation before 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Please respect my time and business by canceling or rescheduling in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. IMPORTANT: If a No-Call / No-Show occurs more than once, you will no longer be permitted to book appointments online. Any future appointments will require direct approval and must be arranged with me personally. NAIL CLIENT POLICY: NEW & EXISTING CLIENTS: To ensure the best results and maintain the health of your natural nails, please review the following policy before booking your appointment. • No Foreign Fills I do not perform fill-ins or maintenance on work done by other nail technicians. This policy applies to both new and existing clients. • Existing Nail Sets If you currently have a nail set on your nails from another nail technician, you must book a soak-off along with your new nail appointment. This allows me to properly remove the previous product and start fresh with a clean foundation. • Before Booking Please make sure you select the correct service when booking your appointment. Failure to book the required soak-off may affect your scheduled service and appointment time. BIRTHDAY SET APPOINTMENT POLICY: Birthday sets must be scheduled in person only. These appointments are special reservations and require a commitment from the client. Please make sure you are available on your scheduled date and time before booking. PLEASE NOTE: * Birthday set appointments cannot be booked online. * If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, the appointment cannot be rescheduled. * If you miss or cancel your birthday set appointment, you will have to wait until the following year to book another birthday set. To qualified for this birthday set, you have to have the following requirements: • be a constant client for over a year or more. • cannot have any cancellation in a period of 6 months. • no-call/ no-show DO NOT QUALIFIED FOR THIS FREE BIRTHDAY SET SPECIAL. NOTE: Birthday appointments are special reservations, and is only intended for those constant and faithful clients. Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, schedule, and business.
